The Non-Dual Gospel of Matthew: 10:32-33

10:32-33

So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven, but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.”

Does this mean
all the disciples
were denied the Father
when they left their teacher,
broken on a cross by Rome and religious powers?

That only Mary might receive
some glance of approval,
situated as she was
by those broken feet?

No, my God is not that small—
rather
when we are immersed in the world of men
that reality that never baptizes,
we miss within us and all around,
the Kingdom in its unity
and fractured splendor.
